Information on the processed personal data at nexus.cool with its registered office at: NEXUS Polska Sp. z o. o. ul. ul. Joachima Lelewela 8A, 71-154 Szczecin, which processes your personal data in a safe manner and in accordance with the law, including the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: "GDPR").

Purpose of personal data processing, legal basis, data storage period

Personal data obtained from you are processed for the following purpose:

  • personal data provided when ordering goods or services and registering the ordering account in the online store https://nexus.cool - in order to perform the contract concluded with the customer, for the duration of the contract with the customer,
  • personal data provided during e-mail or telephone contact - in order to contact the client for explanations, answer questions - for the period of contacting the client,
  • personal data provided during the registration of the ordering account - for the purposes of registering an account in the online store and performing the concluded contract, contacting the customer - for the period of having an account of the ordering party,
  • personal data provided when subscribing to the newsletter - in order to send advertising, commercial, marketing information (newsletter) by e-mail - until the consent is withdrawn.

After the expiry of the data storage period referred to in para. 1.above, customers' personal data may be stored for the purpose of:

  • pursuing possible claims in connection with the performance of the contract, debt collection, court, arbitration or mediation proceedings, - performance of obligations under the law, e.g. tax and accounting, regarding warranty, - prevention of abuse and fraud,
  • storage for the purpose of ensuring settlement (demonstrating compliance by the Administrator with obligations under the law).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator for the purposes indicated in par. 1. lit. a) -b) is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, i.e. the Controller's legitimate interest in the performance of the contract concluded with the customer and / or taking steps to conclude the contract (contact with the customer) and building positive relationships with customers.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator for the purposes indicated in par. 1. lit. d) -e) is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e. the consent given by the person providing their personal data.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator for the purposes indicated in par. 2 is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e. fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator.

Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are provided by the customer. Without providing the data, the service will not be able to be performed, e.g. failure to deliver the order.

Who are the personal data shared with

We provide your data only to entities indicated in the regulations of the online store, i.e. companies delivering orders, banks, a company that performs payments using the electronic payment system, as well as an entity providing accounting and legal services for the Administrator.

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Your powers

At any time, you can use the request from the Administrator to access the processed personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing.

The consent granted may be withdrawn at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

As well, you have the option of requesting the Administrator to transfer your personal data to another data administrator.

Right to object

Regardless of the rights specified in point IV. you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

Upon receipt of your objection, your personal data will no longer be processed.

Complaint

You have the option to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all possible means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations, in particular, the Administrator grants access to persons who have access to the personal data of customers, authorizations to process personal data and keeps a record of persons authorized to process data on its behalf.

The client's personal data provided to the Administrator are processed in a manner consistent with the scope of the authorization granted by the user and legal requirements, including the provisions of the GDPR.
